CampDESK Pro can be connected to external platforms and services to reduce your workload and increase your reach.

Channel Manager

The integrated channel manager synchronises your availability and prices with booking portals.

Campnerd

Campnerd is a booking platform specifically for campsites in the German-speaking region:

• Automatic availability synchronisation
• Prices taken over from CampDESK Pro
• Bookings are imported directly into the system
• No manual double maintenance needed

Campcruisers

Campcruisers connects you with an international audience:

• Real-time synchronisation of pitch availability
• Booking import with automatic guest creation
• Prices and seasons are taken over
• Cancellations are synchronised in both directions

Setting Up a Connection

1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Choose the desired channel
3. Enter your access data for the platform
4. Map your pitch categories to the portal's categories
5. Activate synchronisation

Accounting Export

For working with your tax advisor or accounting software:

DATEV

• Export in DATEV format for the tax advisor
• Configurable charts of accounts (SKR03 / SKR04)
• Automatic account mapping
• Monthly export by click or automatically

CSV Export

• Flexible CSV export for any accounting software
• Columns and format configurable
• Filtering by period and document type

Payment Providers

CampDESK Pro supports connecting payment service providers:

• Online payments at booking (credit card, PayPal)
• Automatic payment allocation
• Partial payments and deposits

Email Dispatch

Email dispatch can be configured via various providers:

• Integrated dispatch via CampDESK Pro
• Your own SMTP server
• Dispatch via your domain for better deliverability

Synchronisation Status

Under Settings → Integrations you see at any time:

• Status of each active connection
• Last successful synchronisation
• Error messages when there are problems
• Number of synchronised bookings
