Reports
The reporting module in CampDESK Pro provides meaningful evaluations of revenue, occupancy and guest structure. This lets you make well-founded decisions for your operation.
Revenue Report
The revenue report shows your income in the selected period:
- Total revenue (net and gross)
- Breakdown by service type (pitch, extras, energy)
- Comparison with the immediately preceding period of the same length
- Daily, weekly or monthly progression
Occupancy Report
The occupancy statistics provide information on utilisation:
- Occupancy rate in percent (per day, week, month)
- Breakdown by pitch category
- Breakdown by zone
- Comparison with the previous period
- Average length of stay
Average Daily Rate (ADR)
The ADR shows the average revenue per occupied pitch and day:
- ADR overall and per category
- Development over the season
- Comparison between seasons
Cancellation Rate
Keep cancellations in view:
- Number and rate of cancellations
- Cancellation reasons (if recorded)
- Timing of the cancellation relative to the arrival date
- Revenue lost through cancellations
Guest Statistics
Learn more about your guest structure:
- Countries of origin and nationalities
- Share of new guests vs. regular guests
- Age distribution (if recorded)
- Average group size
- Top regions of origin
Energy Report
Specifically for consumption billing:
- Total consumption of electricity and water
- Consumption per pitch and zone
- Revenue from energy sales
- Comparison with the immediately preceding period of the same length
Filtering and Exporting Reports
All reports offer flexible filtering options:
- Freely selectable period
- Filtering by category, zone or season
- Activate a comparison period
Export Formats
- PDF: for printing and archiving
- CSV: for further processing in Excel or other tools
- Print directly: optimised print layout
